Thank you for shopping with Reliable Tree Service. We work with Printful, a trusted print-on-demand partner, to produce and ship your custom items. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing Time
Each product is made to order. Most items are fulfilled within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
After fulfillment, delivery times vary based on your location:
United States: 3–6 business days
Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, holidays, carrier delays).
Shipping Locations
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order. We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions from time to time—watch for those!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@reliabletreeservice.org within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with Printful to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed.
