Thank you for shopping with Reliable Tree Service! Because each of our products is custom-made to order, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Custom Products

All items are made specifically for you once an order is placed. As a result, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges due to sizing, color preferences, or change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error (e.g., wrong size or design), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.

To report an issue, please email us at info@reliabletreeservice.org with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
