Got a big job ahead doing big tree job clean up. Matt was my first call to get bids. Matt and his team are 1 phone call away.

We had major storm damage. It was hard to get someone out on Saturday morning. They were here before noon and did an excellent job. The tree limbs were from a 70-year-old silver maple tree. The we’re huge and long. Three punctured through the roof and we’re causing water damage. They showed up with the crane truck with a bucket and removed all the limbs and had them hauled away. They cut off the broken, hanging branches in a way that left a pleasing view of the tree. It was overwhelming to have so much damage and a relief to have them as part of the recovery process.

We had a notorious Bradford Pear tree in our front yard. After a storm, a large branch snapped off and caused structural damage to our tree. I called Reliable Tree Service and received a great bid well under what a competitor was asking. Not only were they cheaper, but got us on the schedule quickly. I was able to speak with Matt personally and tell him about the situation. His crew came out and took care of the rest. Fantastic result with the tree removal. His crew was professional and respectful. They were able to fully remove the tree and grind the stump in a few hours. The cleanup was also great. Superb communication. Highly recommend this company!

Reliable was very quick to show up for the quote, the quote was reasonable and they were very professional. It is important to us to hire a company who works very safe and all of the Reliable workers had on their PPE and they climbed the trees using ropes and were very safe while completing the job. After the main job was done, they spent a lot of time cleaning up all of the sticks and limbs. I would definitely recommend them.

Reliable Tree Service did a great job trimming a River Birch in my front yard. They lifted the canopy by removing some heavy, low-hanging branches and balancing the look of the tree – like a great new hairstyle! They were thorough, efficient and very polite and made sure I was happy with their work before packing up to leave. We had a huge 70 year old walnut tree removed and several trees cut back and trimmed. They cleaned up all the limbs and debris and hauled it away. We found the cost to be more than reasonable. Great service from beginning to end – after submitting my request for a bid online, they reached out to schedule a time to come by and provide an estimate. I appreciated that they wanted to keep as much of the trees as possible and told me what they could trim to still provide shade, as well as proactive cabling to keep the tree from splitting. Submitting the quote and allowing me to approve it online was efficient. They were able to come on the scheduled day early, and cleaned up so well I wouldn’t have known they were there if I hadn’t seen the difference in my trees. Anytime I needed to email the office, they were very polite, and paying the invoice was easy as well.

I actually didn’t think the guy you sent out did a very good job. Had to have him trim back 3-4 times after I thought I’d made it clear what I I wanted done. Gave up after he did the bare minimum.

Matt came out on a Sunday night when a large tree limb fell on a house and had his crew out first thing Monday morning to take down the 60′ tree and grind the stump. Paid a bit of a premium for emergency service, but did a great job. Very professional.

Reliable Tree Service provides excellent service. I highly recommend them. I used them before to remove a small redbud tree. This time, February 2026, we had our three trees pruned, which we like to do every 2-3 years to keep them shapely and thinned out to withstand high winds. The owner, Matt, and his team are very professional, personable, and, best of all, competent at what they do. Matt and most of the team are certified arborists, so they know what they are doing vs. just hacking away at a tree without regard to the shape or making the cuts such that they heal rather than create rot over time. They show up with all the proper equipment, both light and heavy duty, to get the job done properly and safely. They all wear the appropriate protective gear and utilize proper rapelling gear to climb trees. Matt was very prompt in responding to my request for services, showing up the same day for the estimate, letting me know of the proper time of the season in which to cut trees. The job was scheduled less than a week afterward. During the job, one his guys found a large cut from a previous pruning years ago that wasn’t done properly, causing rot in and compromising a rather large branch. His guy took pictures, sent them to Matt, and they consulted on what to do. Matt called me to discuss what was involved and the additional cost. Everything was handled to my satisfaction from estimate to cleanup. Pruning the three trees, taking care of that large branch, and the clean up all took two hours. I highly recommend Reliable Tree Service.

They took down a big silver maple in our back yard that was near the fence, deck and some ornamental trees and fish ponds. Everything was done with care to ensure nothing was damaged as limbs were cut shed lowered to the ground. Relieved to have it gone as it was time and had some damage from old storms.

The crew of four made quick work of our tree trimming project which included 4 trees. They removed a dangerous, very large, long limb all the way to the trunk. They’re an efficient, experienced team. They cleaned all debris up. We couldn’t be happier.

We had 3 trees trimmed and some dead removed from one as well. They used a tracked manlift that fit through our 4 ft gate and used mats so it didn’t rut or damage the yard and grass. They were very prompt in scheduling a quote and then were able to come a day early to beat the rain. Matt and his team were quick and effect, he showed up the next morning after our tree fell and had the likes cleaned up and stacked for pickup. I used Reliable Tree Service to do a whole yard pruning and trimming and could not be happier with the results and the service provided. Even though I was not able to do the initial walk-through with Matt when he first came to scope the yard, he called me during the walk through to get clarification of my needs and then promptly provided a proposal that outlined all services that were to be provided. The price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies I’ve used previously so we booked a time to do the work. Due to their other work demands, it took a few weeks to have the work done but on the day of the service (when I was also unfortunately out of town), the crew showed up promptly and on time (actually even a bit early!) and did everything we’d scoped. Even more impressive, when I got home and noticed a few things that were trimmed differently than I had thought, Matt not only came out to talk through my concerns, but he also took care of a few limbs that I still thought needed to come off (but then he also knowledgeably talked me out of trimming a few other limbs for the health and lifespan of the trees involved–didn’t just cut for the sake of making things look cleaner, which I appreciated). And at no extra charge! Really felt heard and taken care of all the way around. I’ll definitely use Reliable Tree again!

Matt and his team were very courteous and professional. They did a good job and cleaned up after they were done. I would recommend them. Maybe not the cheapest but certainly knew what they were doing. Matt was very particular about what branches he removed and what ones he didn’t. He wouldn’t work on our oak tree until it went dormant in the winter. Only tree service to tell me it wasn’t good to work on oaks during the spring/summer. Overall, very satisfied.

I recently had two large pin oak trees and two mulberry trees in my backyard trimmed to remove a large quantity of dead branches. One of the oaks was trimmed and shaped as it was encroaching on a smaller maple tree. They arrived at the scheduled time, and they did an excellent job of trimming, shaping and cleaning up.
